Here are a few highlights from Cat and Chang’s ridiculously beautiful destination wedding in Bali, Indonesia. One of my personal favorites is the photo of the old man in a white turban. As the official “rain stopper” he was responsible for making offerings to the gods in exchange for nice weather. He was on his a-game for most of the day, but I think he lost focus around dinner time because we were hit with one of those crazy torrential downpours that you can only find in the tropics. It didn’t stop the party though!
Venue: Khayangan Estate

My “places I’d like to shoot at” wish list has always included Auberge du Soleil and Kristine and Oliver’s wedding finally made it happen. Such a beautiful spot!. Words can’t do justice to the last photo so just sit back and enjoy the spectacle of granny getting freaky on the dance floor.

Tiffany and Simon’s wedding in Montpellier, France was an experience I will never forget. I feel so fortunate that I can say that about my job. Enjoy the photos!
This has been a long time coming but we can’t wait to share the beauty of Montpellier and Tiffany and Simon’s wedding in the south of France. Tiffany and Simon invited us not only to take photos of their wedding but to capture several days of events leading up to it. We’ll share a bit of the experience over the next few days, but to start it off: wine tasting and an outdoor feast put on by Simon’s family.

The latest edition of “Where in the World is Cooper Carras” brings me to Buenos Aires, Argentina for a destination elopement. Super exited about that! Upon arrival I hit the town with some ex-pat friends from the US for steak (of course), barhopping, and eventually a random rooftop party with video art projected on the side of the neighboring high-rise. Good times! I finally made it home at 4:30am, which I’d like to blame on jetlag, but that’s just how they roll down here.
