The food, the food, the food! All I can say is the food! Maria and Kalon’s rehearsal dinner was held at Ciro&Sons in downtown Florence.
No wedding in Italy would be complete without a private wine tasting.
Maria and Kalon’s wedding celebration started off with a pool party at Villa Poggio ai Merli. The 15th century villa is set on an olive orchard in the small town of Scandicci (about 20 minutes outside of Florence).
11pm at the St. Thomas airport in the US Virgin Islands. Someone told me this was the cool way to get into a car… sort of like the Dukes of Hazard only through the trunk. Actually, the locks were jammed and the rental office closed right after we picked up the keys. Good times!

Brittany and Michael’s fabulous wedding at Meadowood Resort in Napa, California. It was an afternoon ceremony followed by a luncheon and croquet. Everyone looked stunning in their whites and khakis.
